Using reports endpoint

I would like to use this Endpoint:

https://api.personio.de/v1/company/custom-reports/reports

Unfortunately I did not get data from this Endpoint.
The data is empty.

I already build a report and allow the reports on the API.

I think it could be a Problem that I can't change the Report to "Public" or something similar.
I simply not find a Configuration for that.
(I already try to allow the report to some Members. With no effects)
