v2 API usable at all?

Sorry to ask so directly: is the v2 API usable at all for any not rudimentary use-cases?

My major issues:

name and value names of "dynamic" fields or relation fields not included at all (e.g. department, teams, cost-centers, job name, ...)
some attributes not available at all (e.g. job architecture things)
additional endpoints (e.g. to lookup things) not exist at all (e.g. job catalogue) or are not working though documented! (e.g. cost-centers endpoint)

Is there anybody out there who was able to retrieve those information with the v2 to create real practical use cases?
