is it possible retrieve an employee by NIF?

I am trying to integrate on the company's website the open jobs listings. I wanted to have more control over the stylisation and fetch the job listings on the client side.

Since personio is very limited anyway in dealing with Email addresses and depending actions (like automated Mails, documents to sign,..) can always only be sent to primary email address, we would at least need to be able to patch users email address with the api but that's also not possible currently :( please make that possible! Is there any possibility to detect, whether a profile picture has been changed, instead of downloading the full picture via /company/employees/{employee_id}/profile-picture/{width} just to detect, that there were no changes made. Would reduce load on personio servers as well.
