Compensations API v2: Retrieve Goal Bonus

Using the new compensations API, I am unable to retrieve a newly created goal bonus (created last week).

It does not show up when requesting compensation types via compensations/types nor when requesting the compensations themselves via /compensations.
Are goal bonus compensations excluded until they are validated? Or are we missing something else?
