What's new

Job application submission is now available under the v2 Public API, secured with OAuth 2.0:

• POST /v2/recruiting/applications create a job application
• POST /v2/recruiting/applications/documents upload a document (e.g. CV) to attach to an application

What's changed for you

Nothing in the request or response contract. The v2 endpoints accept and return the same data as their v1 counterparts. The only difference is authentication: v2 uses OAuth 2.0 instead of the legacy API token used by v1.

Why

OAuth 2.0 brings application submission in line with the rest of the v2 Public API, giving you standard, more secure token management instead of a static legacy token.

Migration

The v1 endpoints (/public-api/v1/recruiting/applications and .../documents) continue to work unchanged for now, but will be deprecated in favor of v2. We recommend migrating to the v2 endpoints and OAuth 2.0 authentication at your convenience; we'll share a firm sunset timeline for v1 separately.
