List compensations: Why is proration excluded?

I am trying to export my companys salarys through the list compensations API call. According to the description proration is excluded. Even employees who are currently on leave are included with their salary.

So at least to me it feels like the compensations should return the actual values that are also displayed within the compensations module in Personio. If I wanted to get the 100% fixed salary values, I could simply use the v1.0 API employees call.

Is there maybe a way to add an option to choose whether to include or exclude proration?
