Webhook absence-period.updated.timerange is triggerd but nothing was changed

Hello,

we have an issue with the webhook for absence-period.updated.timerange:

i get some incoming hooks that notfiy us of a changed absence timerange, but when i check it, nothing has changed???

So we tried it with a dummy user: open the absence and click on edit and then save it without having anything changed --> the webhook is triggered!

Would be nice if this can be fixed and the webhook is only fired when there is really a change!
