Post application comment with flair via API instead of message

Hello,
when creating an application via POST /v1/recruiting/applications
I'm passing a text in the "message" field which appears in the
"Messages" tab of the application.
Is it possible to write this text to the "Comments" tab instead
and set a flair (e.g. "Positive") via the API?
