Hello Personio API team,

we are migrating our HR analytics integration from the v1 to the v2 API for a lot of customers. During the migration we found a number of data points that are available (and were mostly accessible via v1) but that we cannot retrieve through the current v2. They are crucial for the reporting of several entities, so we would like to request that they be added to v2.

In order of priority for us:

1. Work schedules / working-time models. v2 currently only exposes a single static weekly_working_hours value per person. We need the actual work schedule: target hours per weekday and, ideally, effective-dated history of schedule changes.

2. Public holiday calendar and federal state (Bundesland) assignment. v2 does not expose the holiday calendar assigned to an employee, nor the federal state / workplace location that determines which public holidays apply.

3. Absence entitlements / vacation balances. The v2 absence endpoints return absence periods, but not the annual entitlement or the remaining balance per absence type (e.g. paid vacation). A stable v2 endpoint exposing entitlement and balance per employee and absence type and period/year would be very valuable.

4. Effective-dated compensation. Compensation is currently only available as the current value ("effective_from"), without an end date and without a change history. Effective-dated (from/to) compensation records would let us report compensation correctly over time. The query param lists this option, but in the endpoint, its not available: https://developer.personio.de/reference/get_v2-compensations

Could you let us know whether any of these are already on the v2 roadmap, and where we should track or upvote them? Happy to provide more detail on our use case if helpful.
