For common gradar and Personio clients, our use case is to retrieve 'jobs' from Personio, run them through the job evaluation process in gradar, and then patch grading and levelling outcome information to the 'global_grade' and 'Level' objects in Personio.

In order to achieve this, it would be helpful to be also able to retrieve and patch the list of 'global_grades' and 'level' objects, as well as retrieve 'job_family' object information to align with 'jobs' in gradar.

This would make gender pay gap analysis, as well as the design of pay bands, etc. for pay transparency preparation much easier. Happy to discuss! https://calendly.com/philipp-schuch/qna
