Feature Request: Native contact synchronization between the app and the smartphone address book (iOS/Android)

Description: I would like to see a feature in the Personio mobile app that allows users to sync company contacts from the “People” directory directly with the smartphone’s native contacts app.
Use Case:
- Current Pain Point: Since the switch to the “new Outlook,” we have massive synchronization issues and limitations when making the company-wide address book available on mobile devices. Since Personio is already the leading HR database, native synchronization directly from the Personio app / database would be the perfect and more reliable alternative.
- When colleagues call me on my cell phone, I currently only see the phone number instead of the caller ID. The contacts are stored separately in Personio.
- Searching for colleagues in the car (e.g. via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto) isn’t possible without local contacts.
Desired functionality:
A toggle in the app settings: “Sync contacts with the phone.”
Automatic background updates when new employees join or leave the company.
Compliance with data protection requirements (e.g. separation into a dedicated business contact folder/account on the device).
