Please implement API for employee changes

Currently, there is no way to retrieve information about Employee-changes through API. For example, if someone switches Department with date XX, or any other change in the profile. The only way to retrieve such information is through report, but report doesn't deliver all the relevant fields and you need to download it manually. So it's rather useless.
