How can I gather information about deleted time-offs?

Hi there,

I try to integrate Personio within SAP. Over the Personio absences endpoint I can gather time-offs.

But if i synchronize them to SAP and later an employee is deleting his absence(which is already synced to SAP), there is no way to get information about this delete process, isn't it?
