/timeoffs endpoint timestamps are incorrect

Hello

It's seems that /time-offs endpoints timestamps are incorrect.

I have created timeoff at 11:17:00+02:00 (local time UTC+2) but data returned via /timeoffs-endpoints is saying that timeoff is created 13:17:00-02:00.
