"Employee Updated" trigger not working in zapier

For some weeks now the trigger "Employee updated" in Zapier doesn't fire anymore. I'm connected with my account and other triggers like "New Employee" work like expected.
Are there any possible changes on Personio side that could cause this?
Can I change anything on Zapier side to enable it again?
We use this workflow, to check if a updated user has a termination date to create a Offboarding ticket in Jira. This did work without flows until some weeks ago.
