Hi there,

one of my team members has their birthday today, but I (their line manager) neither received an email reminder, nor do I see it on my dashboard. However, other members of my team did receive notifications. Haven't experienced similar issues with other team members and cannot make out a pattern, but I don't see a particular difference between this person and others either.
