API down from time to time
Hi we have been using Personio API for a few months now to make GET request for listing the employees. This calls are automated to run every 5 minutes for 300 employees.
Over time, we noticed that from time to time the API errors all together, sometimes for extended periods of time. We were wondering if this is something to expect or it might be a problem on our side.
For reference we have integrated Personio with Okta and make the GET requests from our Okta Workflows.
Most of our errors are '504 - Gateway Timeout', '500 - Internal Server Error', '503 - Service Unavailable', but some times also in the range of the 400's.
On Sunday 29th of October, the API errored from 2 am to 3 am CEST with '401 Unauthorized'. Even though no changes were made on our side. The error resolved itself and by 3 am the API was returning 200 status code.
