Power Query Editor (Power BI / Excel) gives 401 unauthorized error

Dear Personio-Dev community,

Where can i retrive my personal bearer token?

I see in the documentation there is one token to change every employee but no mechanism to just retrieve a personal bearer token. I want to use my own token to just change my settings/vacations and so on via api.

Issue with attributes field in endpoint https://api.personio.de/v1/recruiting/applications

Whenever I try the endpoint and add attribute in the following way:
