Hi. Our data (attendance and time offs) is growing in size, and there doesn't seem to be some reasonable mechanism for syncing on the Personio side of the API. Personio recently introduced filtering absences by updated-from filter, but it works only for some changes, so if the entry was deleted, then it doesn't get picked up by the filter. So I don't see any use case for that new feature as long as long as the status property (deleted) is not passed on. The only possibility left is fetching all records every time, but that's not feasible from the resource point of view. And at the same time I'd need to hope noone adds any new records while the fetch process, as some records would get lost due to pagination and offset logic. Webhooks for changes don't exist, no incremental logic.. How do you guys deal with fetching data from personio?

Hello Personio team,

I am trying to find a way to integrate Personio with Ms 365. Is there any way, when data of an employee is added in Personio, the data is automatically updated in ms 365? I want less manual work.

E-mail is only desired for external communication in our company. Internal communication and the submission of tasks are done via a personal dashboard of an employee in another solution. The goal is to let employees work with as few tools as possible.
So we would also like to receive notifications to employees not via email, but via API or webhook.
Either as a webhook to an address to be defined, or by request.
The message would also only have to contain the information that is already available in the e-mail:

Hey Personio Team,

Personio models changes to salary and work time schedule over time, are there any plans to make it possible to retrieve this information via the api. We would like to be personio to be the source of truth for personell cost and to make this possible we would also need historic info not just the current salary.
