API Terms & Use Policies
We believe in an open ecosystem and, as such, have published our APIs allowing our partners to develop against it autonomously. While we open our APIs, our Personio Marketplace is here to offer a discovery platform for duly vetted integration that we would like to showcase to our prospects and customers.
We have outlined our Product Partnership Guideline that will describe our onboarding and review process to become a Marketplace partner to ensure a great customer experience.
We also require all partners to accept our Marketplace Terms of service as as well our API Security Policy and API Use Policy. The review and signature occurs through our Developer account creation process.
These terms explain the expectations associated with publishing an integration with Personio, the publication process, ongoing responsibilities associated with your integrations and the policy governing the use and security of our platform.
Global Rate Limit
A global rate limit of 2000 requests per 1 min will be enforced across all Personio API v1 endpoints, starting on 8 July, 2024. This rate limit will be enforced at a per IP address level.
