HR Manager & Payroll Manager: Use Personio.
Shift Manager & Shift Worker: Use the Partner app exclusively.

Key Integration Tasks:

Authentication: Contact Partnership and obtain a developer environment. Create your keys from the developer environment. Authenticate with a token valid for 24 hours.

Data Synchronization:

• Fetch Employees: Sync only employees activated for shift planning using the List Persons and Retrieve person endpoints.
• Fetch Absences: Get the planned absences from Absences endpoints.

Data Updates:

Register for webhooks to receive real-time updates on employees and employment.

Data Handling:

• Attendances: It is recommended that approved tracked times should be sent to Personio to avoid double-time tracking if using Partner’s system.
• Absences: Consume approved absences from Personio for accurate shift planning.

Data Exclusions:

For shift creation, assignment, or changes, these actions are managed solely within the Partner app. Therefore, no updates are required in Personio
